rates exclude the following (catered)
• Trophy fees of animal bagged or wounded
• Hotel accommodation before and after safari
• Packing, dipping and shipping of trophies to final destination
(taxidermist prices available on request)
• Commercial and air chartered flights between hunting areas
• Medical expenses.(Please have own medical insurance)
• Gratuities to staff
• 4x4 hunting vehicle
• All meat stays the property of the farm owner (Trophy hunters
only)

TERMS
OF BUSINESS
1. To confirm
a booking, 50% of the total daily rates is required, the balance
of the daily rate is payable on commencement of the safari.
2. Please note: Only travellers cheques or cash will be accepted
as payment. NO personal cheques.
3. There will be NO refund on cancellations. Dates booked as per
contract will be paid for in full.
4. Any travelling days between hunting areas will be considered
a hunting day.
5. Whilst all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the
safety of clients, observers and their possessions, we, Spoor Safari’s
accept no responsibility for any illness, accident, loss or injury
incurred whatsoever nature, arising during and after the safari.
