The farm is both high - and - lowveld with the Hlonyane

that crawls through the farm. It is a water rich valley with lots
of hills (koppies).
HISTORICAL
We are right in the middle of the Battlefields route. Historically
packed with a wealth of knowledge. Dundee has the Talana Museum.
There is also Rorkes Drift, Umgungundlovu, and the Bloodriver museum.
The great Umfolozi Game Reserve is within 100km from the farm
ON
THE FARM
We do Clay pigeon shooting and fresh water fishing on the farm.
If the weather permits we can even arrange for a flip over the farm
in the R44 helicopter.

SURROUNDINGS
Richardsbay is about 250km from us and Sodwana 320km.
VULTURE RESTAURANT
and BIRDING
We are also in the extremely fortunate position of having +80 vultures
roosting on the farm and watch them devour the carcasses left for
them. The endangered Ground Hornbill and Trumpeter Hornbill as well
as a few breeding pairs of Secretary birds will make the day of
many a bird lover, especially when the fish eagle calls and swoops
down for a catch in one of 8 dams on the farm.
HIKING
TRAILS AND WILD DRIVES
We have excellent safe hiking trails and our trained guides are
at your exposure should you need them. We offer night drives where
you are certain to see the Aardwolf, Serval, Lynx and for the lucky
few, Leopard, Hyena and Jackal. Picnic baskets can be arranged.

FISHING
We
do deep sea fishing excursions to Richardsbay, Sodwanabay, Kosibay
and Ponta d’Ouro. Our skipper – Etienne – has
more than 20 years experience and is extremely capable.

The
‘Sodwana Hooker’ is a 22ft fully equipped Sportsfisher.
Please remember to pack your Passport for the Ponta d’Ouro
excursion – no Visa’s required.
In
Ponta we will be staying in a fully furnished house which has 3
double beds and 8 single beds, a kitchen and 2 bath rooms.
In
Sodwana, Kosibay and Richardsbay we will be camping- using tents
